Sales Executive


Your tasks

You will play an important supporting role in the sales process from business development over creating winning proposals to re-purchase, up- and/or cross-sell. You will support our 3 geographical entities and contribute as such significantly to more client facing time and new sales leads. How? By:

  • Dispatching all incoming quotes to the appropriate owner and following up closely (booking agenda‚Äôs, respecting the sales process and timings)
  • Creating and updating of sales documents (pitches, proposals, food for thought, etcetera) and ensuring all updated documents are centrally and easily available for sales
  • Supporting the client facing Needlefinders in preparing their sales visits (at first mainly logistics and administrative tasks, afterwards fixing client appointments)
  • Preparing the client plan or sales business plan by gathering knowledge about the market, prospects, contacts list, opportunities etcetera. Offering support by sharing interesting articles or suggestions to stay on the radar.
  • Ensuring CRM is used properly and updated after all marketing events and client visits
  • Assisting in the CRM implementation
  • Preparing bi-weekly Sales Reports
  • Promoting our Sales Ambassador program internally

Your profile

  • A genuine and positive open mind!

  • Daring to take the lead and be assertive
  • Well organized and eye for detail (layout, figures, storybuilder etc.)
  • Flexible and stress resistant (working with deadlines)
  • Engaging and effective communication skills in English (written and oral)
  • A very good ability to understand, speak and write Dutch
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • CRM knowledge is a plus
  • Bachelor degree with at least a minimum of business acumen
